Hi Guys,
I have (even after a service) a definite flat spot, for want of a better description, it kind of misses around the 2-3k RPM.
The mechanic said it is carbie related, electrical would be higher in the rev range... He told me to use Yamaha Carbie cleaner (apparently you mix it with petrol, and fill the carbies up through the fuel line, and let it soak, before opening the drain screw, and letting it all run out.
Anyone solved this type of problem this way?
