Attention to detail, cleanliness, very even float levels, and no float valve leaks all make a massive difference to how well Connie runs.
It is unlikely you will find someone to do it properly, unless you do it yourself.  


  


 Which is exactly why I said don't have them pulled out! There will be SOMETHING they'll want to replace or order in, even if it's perfectly fine!
 From what I've seen of various carbs over the years, they've never needed pulling apart, certainly my GTR's carbs didn't.
