Hi Jonno

This threads from our preparations for the Busselton meet, but having said that both myself and Mr T have stayed a Madura. Not camping, but the facilities that we did see were very good. A few caravans were in for the night. I'm sure there were tents, but didn't notice. The ground is VERY hard being typical dessert/outback style; so if you're planning on camping have a nice cushy air mattress or the like. I think Madura's one of the "nicer" places to stay along route across the Nullabor. We stayed in the Motel style accommodation which was pretty okay. Food's as it comes. Steak, burgers etc. Licenced. It's not a 24 hour service station/centre though and shuts up sometime during the evening. You will perhaps meet the one armed man and the girl who's eyes look both ways!
