"Le Noir" has been completed up to a stage. Pipe PC3 and map all installed and dyno is complete. Unfortunately do not have overlays of all 3 readings together. The Mod 1 dyno chart however shows HP figures without the mods and then with PC3 and Pipe, with a map just for the pipe.
As you can see makes a difference to HP gain across revs.

At 3000 revs it makes just under 30 HP standard and the mod makes 2 more, power is mirrored with a gain of 10 odd HP culminating at 10,000 revs with standard being 135 odd and Mod 1 140 odd.

The Mod 2 dyno chart shows much the same with the secondary flies removed and custom map to suit. Blue line is pipe and PC3 red is Mod 2 with flies out.

In comparison the bike now makes 40 HP at 3000 revs and a gain of 7 HP over most of the range with several little blips at various openings as you can see.
However at 10,000 revs now makes 145 HP!
On paper this is a gain overall of 10 HP down low and 12 or 13 HP at top end with commensurate gain across the whole range.

As other people have noted this makes one helluva difference to the bike as a whole in ride-ability and the way the bike feels at various throttle openings.
From the kms completed thus far the bike feels lumpy up till 2800 revs then comes on song very quickly right through the range.
Can't feel any flat spots midrange but feels like a surge when you start to reach peak revs.
Overall the bike now feels much stronger and revs much easier in the range where most riding is done as in overtaking and getting up to speed from startoff.
Rossco had a ride yesterday straight after stepping off his bike and was astonished with the difference it made.
He found it hard to wipe the grin off his face with a couple of bursts to test the bike over various throttle openings.
In addition the pipe makes the bike sound much better has a healthy bark on startup and a nice grumble on idle with a lovely sound on song.
Special thanks to Biggy and Don for help with maps.
Anyone who is considering doing this mod should try to get hold of a modded bike to feel the difference.
Still need to sort the suspension am still not happy with the bounce the bike seems to create on rough surfaces.
