Yes, Davo, I agree and even though I have had no problems as yet, I said to the dealer that these bikes are usually in the hands of experienced riders (except me!) and they don't all ride around with a foot on the brake pedal. I was wondering whether the stone in the brake mechanism may be due to the short styling of the front guard as my KILLER was throwing up a lot of small stones which would lodge in various places around the bike. This has been greatly reduced with the addition of a Murph's Fenda Extenda.
