Unless you have damaged something, you do not need a new crank. Bearings are available in undersizes.
The WORST case for a typical rebuild would be:
4x pistons
4x ring sets
main bearing set
Rod bearing set
Cam chain
Generator chain
Gasket kit
machining of head and cylinders.
Head reconditioning ( I would only do this on condition, ie, valves leaking/damaged).
Anything more would be overkill and totally unnecessary, unless a particular item was damaged. Everything on that list, except the chains, is available new from aftermarket suppliers at a significantly lower price than OEM, and probably better quality.
As Dave said, don't worry about these engines till you've seen a 9 as teh first digit on the odometer at least twice.
