That last section is interesting. During the stonefruit season in summer, I work up to 16 hours a day seven days a week. I find that after a week or so of this I need my lunchtime siesta. I usually have a light lunch and then go up to the boardroom and kip out on the chairs up there. I set the alarm on the phone to wake me in 20 - 25 minutes and basically nod right off. When I wake, I grap a short black expresso from the machine up there and in around half an hour I am feeling fully rested, ready for the next 8 hours work.
