I'd just like to say Hi to all, and a big thankyou to all the poster's. I've had my 86 GTR for almost two years now. I picked it up at a wreckers for $1,100 in fair shape with 75,000 on the clock. I think it may have been dropped a few times and I'm slowly fixing it up as time permits. I have replaced and/or repaired all the damaged parts over this time (taught myself how to plastic weld!) It now has a full MP3 and radio stereo system, cruise control throttle lock, Top box and panniers, GPS, and Intercom system. I only have the respray of the fairings to go before Rego! The paint I've bought for the old girl is Blue Pearl Metalic over Silver. Should look a treat when finished especially with the top box and panniers colour coded to match the rest of the bike. The info on the forum is fantastic and there are a few tricks and Items that I will pinch for myself I'm only sorry I didn't find the forum until last week Anyway, Regards, Mark
