Posts: 295 (24-Jun-09 7:41 PM) I Live Here Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	Hi Glenn & Dianne I know there is heap to see in London but Glenn I was there last year on business passing through my travelling mate found an amazing place if you like aeroplanes jump on the Tube to Hendon RAF museum free to get in and they have the most amazing planes from WW1 to recent times. It is worth the train fare alone about 20 mins out of London. If you want a pub with a great feed pop into the east end and across from the Noel Coward Theatre is a great pub forgot the name but they serve the biggest fish and chips you have ever seen. Have a great trip. RobS

Would you believe Harrods has a website?? We could share in Glenn and Di's experience, although I have actually shopped at Harrods in 1989. I bought some Posh chocolate and a keyring??? Friday: we did the london eye and 2 thames river cruises then we walked up to the palace to see the changing of the guards the underground rail takes a bit to get use to. its been another very busy and long day but we are enjoying every minute of it Sunday: we are up in Essex ( Chelmsford ) where we met the first lot of relatives. So far they are great bunch of people. We have had a ball with them. The weather has been very humid the last couple of days and we had a few showers Friday and Saturday but not enough to stop us doing things. Trace's note. Chelmsford is a great place and I know it really well. My sister-in-law hails from Chelmsford and I hope G & D have time to visit Hylands House.
