So what I have covered so far . Check battery "fair" could be better, changed with good battery out of 95 no difference? Run bike 1/2 hour at night no difference. "" all electrical connectors pull apart and cleaned. " " all wire lume for damage or crimped wires. " " Igniter box looks good correct readings according to Manual.? " " Main fuse ok and fuse block all good " no melted bits." all good. " " both handle bar Switch blocks look good apart from resident spider in right side PS " Also turned handle bars from lock to lock doesn't cause problem.?? Any suggestion's would be greatly appreciated from Tech members.

Posts: 1278 (28-Jul-09 5:45 PM) 3 wheeler Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	Found thanks to Michael triggering my memory (whats left) Harness wire from dash and headlight were crimped on the inside of harness outside looked all good so unwrapped un tied un hooked all the harness and went through the lot and there were several stretched area's but not completely o/c plenty of verdigris "green area's" . Cut and spliced heat shrank all repairs all good half a days work but worth it. PS now all dash lights and headlight work But Clock no go so will check that out later.
