Some of us have this. It can be a challenge to fit but works good. If you buy it get the relay too.

I also have the Audiovox CCS 100 criuse control.
Just set a speed and It'll stay there all day. Great for not accidentally speeding. Works at all speeds. Just go get one, you won't regret it. Did I mention that I love it

I have been thinking about fitting the Rostra Electronic CC as it doesnt use a vacuum canister and for me I think would be an easier install. Has anyone got one of these fitted?
If it was easy everyone would be doing it!

I just had my Audiovox CCS 100 criuse control fitted up by Trevor in Canberra.
Did a great job all in about 4 hours. Didnt charge me much at all .. WELL WORTH THE HASSLE FREE.. Its a lot more complicated than I thought..... Thanks heaps Trevor !!!!! works a charm !! |

Just fitted a MCC cruise control,(aussie made) last week, need about a day and a bit to fit, bloody brilliant specifically programmed for my 1400 GTR out of the
box and allows for tweeking if required. I found this unecessary.
Instructions are simple step by step seems a bit daunting when you first look at them but are simple as ABC. frosty |

Choppers13 did you end up getting a Rostra Cruise. Seems the Audiovox CCS100 is permanently out of stock and the Rostra is elctronic rather than needing a
vacuum feed. Anyone else had anything to do with Rostra. Have looked at MCCruise but at over $1000 fitted it is way overpriced for mine.

Am thinking the vacuum tank is an uneccessay addition when u can go full electronic. The Audiovox appears dated.

Hey Armybguide, I didnt end up putting any cruise control on as work commitments meant I couldnt get to the annul meet and so did not really need a cruise
control. But if/when I do fit one it will be the Rostra. There is a fair bit about it on the COGS forum. Also interesting to note one of the COGS members is
working on developing an electronic cruise control that is more 'plug and play' and much easier and less time consuming to install. So that could be
good to keep an eye out for if you are not in a hurry.
If it was easy everyone would be doing it!
