Anyhow brought a bike cover for $39.99 which wasn't too bad, and it says on the box its for large bikes. Its called a "Super Gear Motorcycle Cover" for 750 to 1000 cc bikes. Only problem is, that there is no way it would fit on a GTR1000 if you had the bags on or an oversize screen, since I have neither on this particular bike and it fits - just.

We had "trouble" a couple of years back as we initially bought a large. We now buy extra large and no troubles. They're usually reasonably priced too. I think when we bought the extra large it was the last one on the shelf having returned the large one. That reminds me. I have a car cover in the cupboard that I don't use??? Mrs Tosh HFG

They are HUGE, too large for a GTR! But a quick dart in teh rear makes them fit very well. I also had a plain light blue one (the light, breatheable material) that fitted absolutely perfectly.
