It's really unimportant about the exact time taken as it will only ever be listed as a 50CC (pending being alright)

But as it seems of interest to some here are the figures.

My speedo - 4430k
Mapping prog - 4383k
Time start to finish - 45hrs 22mins
This includes all stops and includes 3hr stop at Ceduna with 2hrs sleep.
98kph overall average.
Fuel used - 303 litres with most paid $1.60 at Border Village

I must also confess to having an emotional time as we pulled out of the Doubletree in Denver to start the '05 Rally. I had been sick for 8 days and was somewhat drained on the day we took off. Where am I at, well I feel good... rather too good I thought as apart from my right arm and right hand I could have just had a day uot with the guys. Well team I am ok, right hand is a slight bit sore but all in all I ain't to bad for an old fart.

Thanks to all the posts of support, thanks to the MTF guys who posted, WP post, and ALL.

My GTR-AUS members have been outstanding in support, Ron rode 3hrs each way to grt mr his camelbak and GPS which unfortunately ran out of battery at 1300k from Broken Hill. It was flashing it had a message but I had no idea which button to press.
